Sorama bicolor ? Not in Noctuoid Moths.

Was it blue like that, or was the illumination blue, or is the blue sheen a photographic artifact?

Why is S. bicolor in Other Moths instead of Noctuoid Moths?

Hi Don, the moth wasn't blue it was just reflecting light, for whatever reason it was tricky to avoid it with this particular moth. The fifth photo is probably the closest to the true colouration. Put it down to my poor photography skills.

I have noticed this light relecting feature when photographing this moth.

OK, its Notodonditinae it should be in the superfamila Noctuoidea.

I tried setting it up (mispellled) in Noctuoid etc, but failed. How do we move it?

I asked michaelb to help if he could. Yet to receive a response.
