Forgotten what this one is, but Tapirlord knows

The two species are very similar and I can't see the features required to split tadgellianum from sphacelatum. The key splits them as such "Sepals to 6.5 mm long; labellum sessile (tadgellianum) VS Sepals > 6.5 mm long; labellum on a short stalk (sphacelatum)." Otherwise I need to see the leaf to assist with the ID.
