Could clearly hear buzz pollination which is what alerted me to the bee. Not a very clear photo but the thorax is red, head and abdomen dark brown/black.
I think it very likely that it is Lasioglossum callomelittinum, but can't be certain. The distribution of pollen on the hind legs would be consistent with that species.
