Crassula? Crassulaceae? Caryophyllaceae? Tiny withered plants on cracking exposed soil in a drainage line that is occasionally inundated following heavy rain. Was submerged for 1-2 weeks in November. Brazel St Park.

I reckon you may have Sagina right, and hence Caryophyllaceae botanical plants family.
