On the 14th I saw one pair with 2 ducklings, one pair with 7 ducklings and one pair with 8 ducklings, so at least three sets of ducklings present there. I believe this is the third summer in a row we have had breeding Hardheads in the ACT. This has occurred at several locations around Canberra.

with what Christine has also seen looks like there may possibly be at least 4 breeding pairs at Jerra Wetlands, they sure make beautiful ducklings :)
