Mature tree may well be Euc rossii, but the foliage and fruit are from a southern blue gum.

@mainsprite , I'm going to put this sighting into unidentifed for the moment as the current content is a little misleading. Once this is sorted out we can reconfirm, I think your ID for the tree in photos 2 & 3 is correct.

These three trees all seem at first glance to be the same species. I have removed the fruit photos and posted one of fruit just now taken from the centre tree (the largest). There are 7 buds on this sample and there were five on the earlier posted photo which came from a fallen branch from either the centre tree or the one on the right in the main photo. Presumably these trees are not the same species.
