Oh dear, we had one like this before, and I cannot remember what we eventually found out what it was. I think it is not Psychidae, but maybe a beetle larvae?

It might be a leaf beetle larva. See Cryptocephalinae (sub-family)

Mataeomera larvae seem only to have a hemispherical cover on top, unlike the totally surrounding case of this specimen.
