User's notes

Previously reported bird near basketball courts. Scared off by people using the courts. Feathers did not show any signs of tatter, and perfectly able flyer. Bird was found feeding with red-rumped parrots. No leg bands were seen, but the bird was very bold (though the wild red-rumps were too, if anything even tamer).
