Very, very rare visitor to the region, I can't think of any previous sightings in the ACT!

User's notes

I've put a public description as the bird isn't endangered. Bird was still there at 9.40am this morning when I left, located half way between Red Hill restaurant and Mugga Way, facing Fyshwick.
