A new suburban location for this species. Thought to be accidentally introduced to the ACT with garden supplies, pot plants etc, now well established in some suburbs such as Aranda. Thanks for submitting the photos.

Not the first record in the suburb - because I've recorded them before (2018)!
Both of the ones I spotted today (clearing some garden pots) had quite noticeably reddish tails that weren't obviously regrown (seemed to shade gradually rather than a clean line of change)

Great, thanks for letting me know. There doesnt seem to be any evidence yet they are colonising bushland in the ACT which is probably too dry for them. The nearest natural populations are in the coastal ranges east of Braidwood and in the moist eucalypt forests around Geehi on the western side of Kosciuszko Nat Park.
