I though this was wasp, but looking at different photos I think its
a Lasioglossum (Australictus) peraustrale bee

No, your first guess was right. The most obvious thing is that the wings are folded longitudinally. None of our bees can do that. On the other hand, it shows how good the mimicry can be.
