I have added pic of the style showing lots of lumps, and the leaves which are all down at the bottom of the plants

You'll need the leaves, pretty much what you have here. Pretty sure its W.capillaris, with those leaves.

Thanks. I tried keying it down through Flora of the ACT, which led me to graniticola, but the Flora has a smaller list and does not include W. capillaris
