No, fair point (given my initial comment - but that comment of mine was in comparison with S. meyreckii initially) I looked very carefully at the markings. Looking at tha inaturalist S. emmetropis images, there are brownish as well as grey examples there.
Note: I have only seen the species once in my garden so far.
