User's notes
First encountered this morning flat out on the grass in the back yard (photo #2); it stayed there for quite a while despite us tramping back and forth. Then found one perched in the shade on a paperbark a few meters away (photo #1) this afternoon, posing beautifully.
There have been quite a lot around over the last few days but rarely perching to enable photo and ID, so today was a real treat seeing the stationary and up close.
