It's probably the common Macrobathra desmotoma but I'm hoping it's Macrobathra aphristis as it looks a bit different.

Yes I agree it does look sufficiently different to be M. aphristis, I note Lepidopters Butterfly House says the eastern Australian look alikes are an as yet un-named species. However, BOLD Systems 4 specimens from the ACT have the name M. aphristis attributed to them.
