Why are there 3 different listings for an unidentified member of Cosmopterigidae?????

No mention of Limnaecia leptosema in BOLD, AFD, or the Checklist. Do you know the author and date? Do you mean the northern species Limnaecia leptomeris ?

Thank you Don, I did mean L. leptomeris. The name mutated in my mind between the Checklist and the computer! I've corrected the species name.
