Instantly new this species from my desert days. Never seen one here. Poor thing hit my window - but he was fine and eventually flew off.

apologies, the first photo is blurry as i took it with my iphone for the GPS, the others on a better camera without GPS.

Very interesting, there has also been one seen at Yankee Hat way down in Namadgi in the past week.
