Appears to have a white anterior edge to the ear opening which would suggest tympanum, but keen to hear Will's opinion

Whilst the image quality is not as good, I reckon this is E. heatwolei for the same reasons given in this sighting Eulamprus heatwolei (Yellow-bellied Water Skink)
