Great finding Sam! I would have overlooked them but once you showed me, I found many more, all around the same spot. I think between 50 and 100 is a fairly good estimate; there were young plants that had only foliage no flowers (yet) or fruits.
The coordinates are wrong. Very strange: I thought they were correct first time. The location should be somewhere between the truck track and Clancy's track at Wildflower Patch 1, approximately here: Zornia dyctiocarpa var. dyctiocarpa (Zornia) I can't edit manually because it is outside my moderator area. thanks Barb, I moved it a bit further to the south since i think to remember it was more in the open area - once you moved it I could moderate. As you said, better than growing on the street at the Fair. Hi Sam, if you still have the photos somewhere, could you please try and upload one of the 4 other photos shown in this record and see whether that gives a different result? the original photo placed the zornia on the street roughly opposite the entry Ian Nicol and Tay streets entry.
