Thanks Stuart - much appreciate your expertise on this one. Stuart tells me he has seen this undescribed species at many locations in the ACT and NSW - Susan you may like to give it a common name that we can refer to it as

Wow. Not sure naming things is one of my skills - it took a week to name our kid when born. - but I like descriptive animal names so what about the 4-spot silverback jumping spider?
