Hi Tammy. Sure is! In your first photo, see the two large black dots on the forewing? That is distinctive for Varied Dusky-blue, and Common Grass-blues don't have them. Varied Dusky-blues are also much darker on their upperwings than CGBs, which you can see nicely in your second image here. Hope that helps, let me know if it doesn't make sense.
