User's notes

I think this is a wasp with a very long weird snout? It was carrying another insect. I thought this was breeding behaviour but the other insect looks quite different and was possibly dead.

Hanging flies have six legs and four wings. The front two legs have special modifications so they are able to hang off leaves or branches of the plants in their habitat, while the remaining two pairs of legs have claws that they can use to capture and kill passing prey, such at the bibone fly in your images
