The first image shows a rear view of the spider sitting on a silk pad on a fern, in pouring rain at ANBG. In the second image the head is to the right with legs drawn up around it. The third image is a front view with the spider's legs drawn up around the head end. The fourth image shows a side view with the rear end to the left and the head end with legs drawn up around it, to the right. See also follow up sighting 4411609 which shows mites attached to the spider's body.
