How about Dichelopa panoplana?

In favour of this species and not D. panoplena I would say this specimen seems to lack the broad diagonal alternate lighter and darker banding that D. panoplana has on the forewing.

I notice this moth species although searchable in the 'Quick Search' menu does not seems to appear in the drop down photo listing of the Tortricidae taxonomy.

Capua nummulata is a wet forest species from Atherton tableland to mid NSW coastal ranges. It has not been recorded near the ACT. Dichelopa panoplana has been recorded widely in drier areas across the east, south and south-west of the continent, including regularly in the ACT. D. panoplana is variable in wing pattern, some specimens, like this one, having a quite plain background colour. D. panoplana has a more rounded fw apex that C. nummulata.
