They did just seem to be coming up everywhere, Mature D.antartica are nearby, but I wouldn't suggest all the fronds were centred around a single point. So Hypolepis?? What features are needed to ID species within that genus?? :)
There are several species, the hairs, rachis and their colour, the coarseness of the fronds, etc can identify - somewhat tricky. Likely H. glandulifera (aka H.punctata), but you'd need to key it out in a decent textbook.
