User's notes
Initially seen the previous day by Putter T. This day was much heavy rain, but I found it between the showers, quite easily as it was initially perched on a trailer, presumably left by workers. As far as I can tell it was last seen here on 9th Oct. Beautiful bird, and was seen by many observers who went to look for it, and it fed well on the local spiders and skinks.
Not the clearest of photos as there was no sun at all.
