It looked like something had scraped the skin off this fungus. The gps coordinates are approximate, because phone picked up dodgy coordinates.

I am not sure of the genus. It may be that the bluish colour is an artefact of the lighting or exposure and that this is a grey-green Hysterangium (see Hysterangium 'grey-green' ).
