Sorry Emma, its an adult female spring buzzer. The fully winged male has thickened veins on the forwings that crepitate during flight. Perala overwinter as nymphs like Perunga

Thanks @RogerF I wasn't confident as I have only ever seen Perunga before in the brown morph. None the less a new species for me, and very cute little critters :)
