Hi Steve It doesn't look like Disterna Canosa, may be a new species for us. The best way to make your suggestion would to click on Category 1, choose Insects, Category 2, choose Beetles, Category 3, choose Longhorn beetles, then select the species.

Looks like Disterna ovalis, figured at http://bezbycids.com/byciddb/wdetails.asp?id=20999&w=o (which is lifted from Slipinski & Escalona's "Australian longhorn beetles, Vol. 1"). But D. canosa and D. ovalis seem similar, and D. ovalis may be just a heavily marked variant.

should we change the name to Disterna sp or Disterna canosa/ovalis or leave as is?
