The distribution of hairs is unlike that found in the larvae of Anthelidae. The environment (a rock with Lichen on it) suggests Lithosiini. I do not know any species in that tribe with larvae that have those reddish lateral hairs. Maybe it is one of 194 named Australian species in Lithosiini for which we have no larval photos.
