Pile of logs, very old, with a mass of frass. 20 winged females. Extremely active. Again 28/8 1500 masses of large workers 50 queens 5 winged males. 31/8 1520 lots activity 40 queens 2 winged male.

Thanks RAllen, I can just see the workers well enough to see the short bristly hairs on their backsides (gaster). This confirms it as the undescribed species. Certainly sounds pretty active. Cheers, Jon
