Tiny black ants, about 2mm in length. Anyone any idea what the other critters are?

Hi Christine, these ants are so small that I can't be sure from the photos what genus they are. Could be Tapinoma, but also Doleromyrma or a couple of other things. They can be hard to be sure about without having them under the microscope. Cheers, Jon
