Caterpillar observed on the trunk of an Eucalyptus sideroxylon (Red Ironbark) tree about 3.5 m from ground level on the south eastern side.

That this is a moth caterpillar in the Lymantrinnae family is only speculative. I have found no match online for this caterpillar.
