About 5 cm across cap. From CNM photos, Tricholoma terrium and Russula neerema both look possible, but Russula sp., Hypholoma sp., and Cortinarius sp. not too different. Striate margin to cap and thick white stem may help. In eucalypt woodland with small-shrub and wallaby-grass understory. Mt Painter Reserve Wildflower Triangle ridge.
