Black slug, I hope I’ve mis-identified this as its an invasive species not recorded locally as far as I know

Cant be 100% certain, but this is most likely Milax gagates, Black-keeled slug, yes yet another exotic slug, as far as I am aware there are no native slugs in our region, although I would be very happy to be surprised. We do have native snails here, so its not impossible.
