User's notes

Body/wings about 8 mm long; antennae another 8 mm. ID (tentative) from photos in CNM; did also consider Scatochresis episema. Cook, suburban garden.

Looks very similar to Lecithocera micromela. lighter colur than L. terrigena. L. micromela said to occur both in Australia and New Zealand. See: https://bie.ala.org.au/species/urn:lsid:biodiversity.org.au:afd.taxon:82a18589-ec39-4570-839a-fd60dd2e0ad2 .
