I noticed it on my car window one early morning when I was on the southern side of Lake Burley Griffin. My car was not directly under a tree or bush so I was not sure where it had come from. I carefully put the beetle in a plastic bag because I wanted to photograph and identify it. I released it back at my house. (Sorry, this is from last year, I am catching up with some photos I have.)
