Unfortunately there is no key to Tetrigidae species. The only solution is to go through the collection of named species in ANIC. Most types are overseas.

Thanks Roger. Are there many species? This one looked rather different from others I've seen, both in colour and the sculpturing, particularly on the legs.

There are 4 subfamilies in the Tetrigidae. Most species belong to the subfamily Tetriginae and there are at least 14 species in the genus Tetrix. Paratettix is another genus and contains the slender riverine ubequitus species P albomarginatus.
