Plant doesn't seem bristly enough to be Senecio bathurstianus

But it also doesn't look like Senecio bathurstianus. It is an unlikely location for S. bathurstianus too, near the Hockey Park. It might not be a Senecio at all. I would like to see a flowerhead.
