Idiodes siculoides is supposed to have a white band on its head which I can't see in this specimen. I don't, however, have any other suggestion.

Well spotted! I presume you mean the white band beteeen the base of the antennae. If this is diasgnostic, I therefore suggest this specimen may more likely be Idiodes apicata. Both species are quite variable, but examples of S. apicata on the ALA include specimens very similar to this one.
