Veins Sc and R1 widely separated in Psectra, in this one they are close together so it is Carobius. Wing venation, antennae, scape, head colour and pronotum all point to Carobius elongatus. This is also in area. Note trapezoid cell.

Thanks John, I'm sure you are right. I seem to remember comparing it to various Psectra and not finding a match with any of them. No wonder!
