Found on outside house wall early in the morning - eventually flew off.

Outer margin of hindwing is rounded not slightly angled and there are black spots within thre red and yellow fringed wing margins which C. dichloraria lacks (Moths of Victoria Key, Part 4).

I believe the black spots within the red on the termen are important indicators of vertumnaria (or MoVsp3)
