Author's notes
These kangaroos are very quiet and have to cross Kitchener St every night and morning when they feel the need to. This area on the HGW's eastern block is a common "resting place" for these kangaroos (has been for years) - the time varies depending on the season. HGW is now an off-leash dog area but people do not let their dogs loose in the Eastern Block presumably because of the road (good from the point of view of the kangaroos)!
