System crashes when I try and add "Noctuidae sp. unclassified IMMATURE moth" to species. Huh.

Hi Donhe, I've created the species successfully, but this may because I'm an administrator. Is it possible for you to please try again and send me any error message or code that you receive if it fails again?

Cheers

Aaron.

Thanks Aaron. It did say you had been notified of the crash. However: I just managed to add Heliocheilus cistella OK. Maybe the system was only partially available if it was being updated or something, which seems to happen sometimes in your wee morning hours ? I think it was completely down for a couple of hours yesterday, I imagine because of maintenance/updating ?

I just replied to your email Don. This is often the only time we get for heavy maintenance, however it should become less and less as we've been biting the bullet and taking on all the hard things so that we have less outages and a smoother running robust system longer term.

You should see less and less outages from here. Note: We are contracted with a signed service level agreement to keep the site running during prime time Australian hours - this is another reason why any heavy maintenance has to be performed after hours.

Our team can often only work on the platform at night as well as we all have day jobs and toddlers/family commitments competing for our time.
