Not sure if I can see upwardly backward curving palpi, but looks a bit like Plectobela ecliptica although there is perhaps less dark collar evident, see ALA.

I cannot see any upturned labial palps indicating Gelechioidea, nor long scales on the head indicating Tineidae.
