See comment by Con Boekel. Myna or Starling are possibilities, as are other species. Not really possible to identify down to a species from just this image though.

Egg found on vehicle trail, upside and underneath. It was a little bit more blue than it appears in the photos. A solitary tree nearby had starlings calling.

The length and colour both fit Common Starling eggs. These are not spotted. I assume the 'spots' on the egg in the image are bits of sand/detritus.
Common myna eggs are similar: so, possibly a Common Starling egg but also quite possibly a Common Myna egg.
