Large labial palps. pretty sure this is not Proteuxoa sp. Male She-oak Borer, Cryptophasa irrorata.

I was thinking the reniform mark on each forewing indicated Proteuxoa, but you right Ian, C. irrotata has that same mark, and the head close-up shows upturned labial palps
