Roy was the eagle roosting in teh tree or just using it as a temporary refuge or hunting post?

Hi Michael, the eagle was being pushed around various trees by the magpies in light drizzling rain, and it had some half-hearted hunting attempts with magpies in pursuit. It was still in a tree when I left, but I felt it was more in a hunting mode rather than a roosting mode.
