I'm pretty sure this is a jacky lizard (A.muricatus), this species can, however, look quite similar to a Nobbi Dragon (D.nobbi). I've not seen a Nobbi dragon with that kind of tail patterning before so my suggestion is A.muricatus (jacky lizard) :).
