This does match Paropsisterna gloriosa, but I can't see how that species (as well as P. annularis) are different in any significant way from P. nobilitata, so I am using this last name as it is the oldest. Martin Lagerwey at https://sites.google.com/site/paropsisternapages/paropsisterna-nobilitata says the three species are 'similar'.
